our facility

Built for scale & precision

Our Karachi-based facility spans over 50,000 sq. ft. and is equipped with European fiber processing, sorting, and baling infrastructure. Designed for high-volume production, the plant handles over 500 metric tons per month.

The production process begins with raw material receiving and segregation, followed by mechanical opening, carding, and grading using Trutzschler, Schlafhorst, and Rieter machinery. Finished goods are baled to international weight standards and stored in clean, covered warehouses before dispatch.

International buyers are welcome to visit our facility for on-site inspection. We believe in complete transparency — from raw material to finished bale.

Every incoming lot is visually inspected and sampled before acceptance. Sub-standard material is rejected at source.

grading & segregation

Material is manually sorted by fiber type, color, contamination level, and grade according to agreed buyer specifications.

Processing & Baling

Graded fiber is opened, processed, and compressed into standardized bales with weight verification at every stage.

pre-shipment inspection

Final bales are re-checked before loading. Full documentation including quality certificates is prepared for every shipment.
